About the Role

Role Overview

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing Philippine payroll accurately and on time, administering payroll details and validation result of ADP report and each HR/Payroll system, and ensuring compliance with statutory legislation. The role requires a hands-on approach and strong service orientation with critical thinking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Managing End-to-End Payroll Process and meeting payroll deadlines in collaboration with team members.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory legislation and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
Handling queries related to payroll via Workday cases, emails, and phone calls.
Processing and validating bi-monthly payroll for Philippines with accuracy and timeliness.
Administering payroll data with ADP and HR/Payroll system and performing reconciliations and audits.
