On behalf of a prestigious international private bank , we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist M/F to join its HR Solutions team in Switzerland.

Starting date: 1 August 2026

Expected end date: 31 January 2027

Activity rate: 80% or 100%

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will contribute to the preparation, control and administration of the monthly payroll for the bank’s Swiss entities.

Your main responsibilities will include

• Supporting the monthly payroll preparation process, including the collection, validation and follow-up of payroll-related changes;
• Performing payroll checks, variance analyses and supporting reconciliation activities;
• Preparing monthly and annual reports, as well as official Swiss statistics and declarations;
• Managing matters related to Swiss social security, including AVS/AHV, family...
