Payroll Specialist

Job Start Date: ASAP

My client, an international employer of choice currently has an interim temporary need for a Payroll Specialist on a 2-3 Month temporary basis. You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team of 4.

Below is a summary of the role:

* Knowledge of ADP platform SPM and an in-depth knowledge of iHCM
* Gather variables/changes/inputs and check them before entering them into the relevant platforms
* Create and maintain payroll records on iHCM
* Download and reconcile trial reports
* Arrange approval meetings/calls
* Approve the payroll on the relevant platform
* Check final reports
* Send final files to Finance
* Circulate monthly payroll dates to local People team, local Finance and People Services Advisory team
