About the Role

Summary
:The Associate Manager for Tier 2 Payroll will manage a team of Sr. Associates and Associates within the Regional HR Service Center, lead the team in the overall payroll operations strategies and design programs for continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
The position will be responsible in ensuring efficient, timely and accurate delivery of the region’s payroll services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Tier 2 Payroll Team ensuring the processes are running effectively and accurately
Define standard payroll operating procedures and continuous improvement opportunities for the team
Conduct regular review, test, document and update payroll controls
Develop a strong team that can manage operational risk, deliver customer service, and manage the vendor relationships to deliver payroll effectively across the region
