Payroll Officer - Temp Contract

ABOUT OUR CLIENT & THE ROLE
Our client is a healthcare organisation seeking an immediately available Payroll Officer to join the team on a short-term contract initially for 1 month with potential to extend. This role will work closely with the Payroll Manager to support a busy payroll function across a workforce of approximately 900 employees.

Working within a small payroll team of two, this is a hands-on position suited to someone comfortable operating in a high-volume payroll environment with strong attention to detail and confidence working with efficient systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process fortnightly payrolls across direct care and corporate staff
• Manage timesheet imports and payroll processing activities
• Support payroll reconciliations and payroll queries
• Work across Employment Hero, Business Central and Time & Attendance systems
