About the role 

The Payroll Officer plays a key role in overseeing and executing the organisation’s end to end payroll function, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, legislative compliance, and responsive service delivery. Reporting to the Manager People Services, this role is primarily responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the fortnightly payroll for Slater + Gordon Ltd end to end.

In addition to managing core payroll operations, the position contributes to continuous process improvement, system maintenance, and provides guidance and mentoring to the Payroll Administration Officer and broader team members.
