About the Role

3–6 Month Contract | Up to £40,000 DOE | Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

Pertemps Recruitment is working on behalf of one of our clients to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager for a temporary contract, initially for 3–6 months.

This role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and confidential management of company payrolls and payroll bureaus, as well as overseeing remuneration and benefits.

 
Key Duties 

    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including pay, holiday, sick pay, overtime, and bonuses
    • Ensure payrolls are processed in line with HMRC and statutory requirements, including BACS payments
    • Reconcile payroll journals, pensions, and ledger balances to strict deadlines
    • Manage executive payrolls and Director emoluments
    • Complete year-end processes including P11Ds, tax year-end, and PSA schemes
