Payroll Manager

Location:- Canada & Australia

Experience:- 3-13

Salary:- 32LPA - 37LPA

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee compensation
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees professionally
• Maintain payroll records, documentation, and reports for audits
• Implement and maintain payroll software/systems
• Prepare periodic payroll summaries and management reports
• Monitor changes in labor laws and tax regulations affecting payroll
• Train and supervise payroll staff, ensuring process efficiency
