About the Role

Our client, a multi-site forward thinking accountancy practice, are looking to appoint an efficient and experienced Payroll Executive. The role will be based at their Ipswich office on a full time basis. The role will lead to a retirement succession of the Payroll Manager.
Duties to include:
Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll runs under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.

Processing client payrolls

Collating information from clients in various forms, i.e. telephone, e-mail or fax

Using Payroll SAGE software

Processing quarterly payroll bills

On-line client banking

Administering pension auto-enrolment

Handling issues and enquiries in the unavailability of Payroll Manager
