Payroll & Cash Management Specialist - Hospitality

Grand Mercure Dubai City, a 5-star Accor hotel, is seeking a Paymaster / General Cashier to manage payroll processing and all cash transactions within the property. This role ensures accuracy, security, and compliance with financial policies while supporting smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years in a similar hospitality role, experience with payroll systems and hotel platforms such as Opera, Sun System, Micros, or Paytrax.
