About the Role

JOB SUMMARY:

The Payroll and Benefits Administrator III will be an essential part of creating a supportive environment for our organization, making sure our employees get paid on time, and helping to build great benefits packages. With primary responsibilities to include processing multiple payrolls in a fast-paced setting and administering benefits for our employee base, this individual will act as a subject matter expert on the Total Rewards experience at ATC. This role will also provide ancillary support in the areas of talent management and compensation.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Payroll 


• Partners with the Director of Payroll & Benefits and HRIS Analyst to process payrolls for the semi-monthly, biweekly, alternate biweekly and weekly pay groups. 


• Reviews timesheets, checks for accuracy, and obtains the necessary approvals.
