About the Role

A payroll analyst is responsible for managing and processing an organization's payroll, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. They handle payroll-related data, address discrepancies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Key duties include: 
Processing Payroll: Calculating and processing employee wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions based on company policies and employee records. 
Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is often preferred. Some positions may accept candidates with a high school diploma or associate degree combined with relevant experience. 
Experience: Previous experience in payroll processing, accounting, or human resources is generally required. Experience in payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or SAP) is often preferred.
