ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Payroll Administrator, you play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. You are the expert behind the scenes, keeping payroll operations running smoothly and compliantly while supporting employee data and time tracking with care and precision.

THE ROLE IN DEPTH

  • Process bi‑weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and collective agreements
  • Maintain and update employee records (new hires, departures, transfers, etc.)
  • Handle salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, vacation payouts, and benefits
  • Support departments with time entry using TimeKeeper and ensure proper data flow into the payroll system
  • Produce Records of Employment and respond to Service Canada inquiries
  • Prepare remittances and payroll reports for leadership and finance
