Payments Implementation Engineer - Go-Live & Support

Checkout.com is looking for a dynamic and proactive Implementation Engineer to provide merchants and business partners with world‑class technical support during implementation. The core purpose is to reduce friction from the integration process and achieve successful, efficient integrations.

You will play a critical role in maintaining trust with customers by answering technical queries and, when required, escalating issues.

How you’ll make an impact

• Provide technical support to merchants during implementation of Checkout.com payment processing technology
• Answer integration‑related questions, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go‑live support, and post‑live support
• Collaborate and partner with internal teams such as Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Merchant Configuration, Sales, Account Managers, and Merchant Care to resolve issues during customer trials, integrations, or post‑implementation su...
