Duration: 03 Months Job Description: Start date: ASAP Aligning with 7/6 or 7/22 for NEO Epic training(s) Timeline between offer and hire may be between 2-4 weeks Shift: 5x8 08:00-16:30 M-F, no holidays 13 Weeks, willing to extend longer as needed after evaluating staff coverage Answering and screening, triage all telephone calls within the departmental communication system, utilize departmental paging system and contact on-call personnel and Radiologist as needed Respond to patient questions; provide directions to different clinics, units, modalities, parking, eating facilities. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
