About the Role
The Patient Safety Specialist for Ambulatory Medication Safety is responsible for advancing a culture of safety and reducing medication-related harm across ambulatory care settings. This role provides clinical expertise, data-driven analysis, and system-level leadership to identify medication safety risks, implement evidence-based interventions, and support continuous improvement in outpatient clinics and procedural areas.
Onsite in Boise Monday through Thursday, remote Friday's.
The Patient Safety Specialist partners closely with ambulatory leaders, pharmacists, providers, and frontline staff to ensure safe medication practices across the continuum of care.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelors + 2 years (2)
* Associates +4 years (4)
* HSD + 6 years (6)
* GED + 6 years (6)
* Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred
