Patient Experience Specialist

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a Patient Service Associate responsible for patient care and administrative duties in Polyclinics. The role includes greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, handling payments and managing patient concerns.

Candidates should possess at least an N / O / A / NITEC or equivalent and be able to start work within a short notice. Work hours include weekdays from 6:30 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm.
