**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Virginia Mason Medical Center, you will be an invaluable and essential member of our Team Medicine approach, delivering compassionate, direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will be instrumental in enhancing patient comfort, promoting dignity, and contributing directly to the safety and recovery of our patients, aligning with our commitment to continuous innovation through the Virginia Mason Production System.
Every day you will meticulously assist patients with all activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and basic hygiene, fostering a respectful and healing environment. You will precisely perform basic patient care activities such as taking vital signs, performing EKGs, and conducting bedside tests like blood glucose monitoring, accurately observing and reporting any changes in disease state or symptoms.
