About the Role

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To monitor and manage the patient and front office administration process related to the capturing, management and collection of patient service revenue to ensure optimal revenue collection and prevent financial risk.
To ensure the delivery of the patient journey from referral to follow-up and the management of all operational service points.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
To lead and manage the team efficiently and effectively
Monitor and manage Revenue Cycle Management governance by ensuring compliance to regulatory, legislative and internal processes and practices
To provide management guidance to the front office, case management and revenue cycle function and monitor the effectiveness of all related processes
Provide effective and efficient operational management to areas within scope of responsibility
