About the Role
This position is hybrid, with an onsite expectation of approximately 60% of the time
The Patient Access Trainer champions the onboarding, continuous development, and performance optimization of Seattle Children's Hospital (SCH) scheduling and registration staff. Acting as both a learning architect and an engaging facilitator, this role designs, delivers, and evaluates comprehensive training programs that empower staff to provide Excellent Customer Service to patients and families. By aligning instructional strategies with SCH strategic goals, this position ensures team members achieve operational competency during onboarding, ultimately fostering long-term confidence, reducing staff burnout, and decreasing turnover.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
