  • Prepare desserts, petit fours, breads, and other pastry creations following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Organize and prepare the daily mise en place to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Maintain consistency, precision, and the highest presentation standards in every dessert served.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and the culinary team in developing new creations and seasonal menus.
