Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the pastry arts and be capable of preparing a wide variety of cakes, desserts, chocolates and other treats. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and possess a creative flair for developing new recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, desserts, chocolates and other pastries in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
• Ensure all recipes are properly followed, including ingredients’ measurements, cooking time, and presentation techniques.
• Monitor stock levels of finished products as well as ingredients needed for production.
• Collaborate with other chefs regarding special menu items or seasonal changes.
