About the Role

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Pastry Chef for one of our clients based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

You will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, bread, and desserts. You will also be responsible for the stock take and ordering of the pastry produce.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role.

  • Ability work as part of a team and your own initiative.

  • Excellent Communication, Time Management and Interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available to work 7am – 3pm 5 days a week.

  • HACCP certified with a clear understanding of food safety standards.
