About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and detail‑oriented Pastry Chef to join the pastry and dessert section of our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of premium pastries, desserts, baked goods, and confections that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and Halaal compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting restaurant service, catering events, functions, retail offerings, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and execute daily pastry production, including mise en place, baking, and finishing for all service periods, events, and catering orders. Prepare and innovate a wide range of items: pastries, cakes, tarts, pies, cookies, breads, viennoiserie, chocolates, plated desserts, and seasonal specials.
