an experienced, energetic Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team from end of June'26.

Located in
the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall*, Idalia serves a menu focused
on exceptional British produce.

The Role

As Pastry Chef
de Partie, you will support the pastry team in delivering high-quality desserts
and baked goods, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail at
every stage.

You will
play an important role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, working
collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to create an
exceptional guest experience.
