Job Description
  • The Commis III assists in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, desserts, and other baked products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. Working under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen-in-Charge, the Commis III supports daily pastry and bakery operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring products are prepared according to established recipes and standards. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to develop fundamental pastry and bakery skills in a professional kitchen environment.
