Pastoral/Behaviour Support Assistant

The Coleshill School is seeking to appoint a committed and compassionate Behaviour and Reflection Manager to play a key role in supporting our students' wellbeing, behaviour and engagement with learning. This is an important pastoral role focused on ensuring that all students feel safe, included and ready to learn. The successful candidate will work proactively with students, staff and families to remove barriers to learning, promote positive behaviour and support emotional wellbeing.

Through consistent guidance, targeted interventions and strong professional relationships, the Behaviour and Reflection Manager will help create and maintain a calm, respectful and ambitious school environment where every student is supported to achieve their personal best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pastoral, behavioural and reflective support for students.
• Work directly with students who require additional behavioural or emotional support. <...
