We're looking for a calm, caring, and proactive Pastoral Lead to be the heartbeat of pupil support across our school. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role where no two days are the same-and where you can genuinely change young people's lives.

THE ROLE

You'll make sure every pupil is known, understood, and supported to succeed . Acting as a key advocate, you'll bridge school, home, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and wellbeing.

You'll manage a caseload of pupils, track progress, and lead targeted interventions that help young people get back on track-academically, socially, and emotionally.
