About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues related to EV systems
- Liaise with BYD HQ engineering and technical teams on product issues, root cause analysis and solution
- Monitor vehicle performance and provide feedback for product improvement
- Analysis the maintenance data and provide insight to report to management
- Manage safety incident, overseeing escalation, investigation and closure
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of high-voltage systems or vehicle electronics preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese languages is required to effectively communicate with both English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in EVs are an advantage
