Job Description Job Description Job description: Manufacturing Experience Required - Do Not Apply Without It FIRST AND SECOND SHIFT OPENINGS Responsibilities * Mechanical Polishing: Polish metal parts (such as stainless steel) by hand or machine using tools like belt sanders, grinders, and buffers to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Inspect parts for surface defects and ensure they meet specifications. * Electropolishing: Operate electropolishing equipment to improve surface finish and corrosion resistance. Monitor bath conditions to maintain consistent quality. * Cleaning & Deburring: Clean parts using ultrasonic cleaners or acid baths to remove oils and contaminants. Deburr parts to remove sharp edges. * Quality Control: Inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, profilometers) to verify they meet customer specifications.
