  • Sells parts to customers and builds customer relationships by correctly identifying parts needed, taking orders, creating invoices, billing out freight, and collecting payment.Inputs lost sales (e.g. due to no stock) into business system.

  • Provides requested parts to Technicians and makes suggestions on additional parts needed for repair

  • Posts parts on Karmak computer business system

  • Pick up and deliver parts to customers
