Overview A leading software company is seeking a high-performing
Partner Team Manager
to lead and grow their Senior Account Executive team, with a focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships within the software space—especially in the accounting, bookkeeping, and HR/payroll industries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2 B software sales and a proven track record managing partner teams or sales teams in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Partner Account Executives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Develop and implement strategies to build and strengthen partnerships with accounting, payroll, and HR software providers (e.g., Pastel, SAGE, Quick Books, Micros).
