This role combines hands-on delivery with continuous improvement of how our systems and processes work.Support the end-to-end process of getting learning live, including content uploads, platform setup, testing, publishing, and ongoing updates.Support the day-to-day running and optimisation of our core learning tools, including our AI-powered conversation coaching platform and learning portal, ensuring systems, data, and processes run reliably.Support user setup, access, and enrolmentManage backend setup, configurations, and improvements (including technical/coding elements where needed)Improve how systems work together to create a smoother, simpler Partner experience
Data, reporting & targeting
Build and maintain dashboards tracking: Engagement Usage Performance and outcomes Create clear, actionable reporting (weekly/monthly)
