Partner Growth Manager (Singapore / Southeast Asia)

Constructor Tech is seeking an experienced Partner Growth Manager to drive partner-led growth across Singapore and selected Southeast Asian markets . This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners while expanding market presence within the education, digital learning, and research sectors.

• Develop and execute the partner growth strategy for Singapore and Southeast Asia .
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new channels and strategic partners.
• Grow revenue through existing partners and expand partner-led pipeline opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Create and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-selling activities.
• Provide market intelligence and partner insights to support regional growth objectives.
