Due to significant growth, we are now looking to hire a Senior Associate or Partner for our Finance Dispute Resolution department.

The candidate will be a qualified solicitor with significant PQE, an experienced fee earner who has managed their own caseload of secured lending repossession proceedings and unsecured debt recovery, acting for both banks and building society clients, with knowledge of the regulatory issues that both banks and building societies face.
