The Learning & Talent Development Specialist role serves as a champion for Learning and Talent development activities while engaging and aligning stakeholders at the plant and outside the plant. The Partner is responsible for conducting needs assessments, design, coordinate and deliver Schreiber training programs that support the company-wide leadership development as well as other trainings and talent activities and processes with main focus at the India plants (but not only).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop : Support needs assessment and holds conversations with stakeholders for Learning and Development needs. Suggest and supports new curricula development. Listens and understands regional common needs and priorities to meet business requirements.
  • Deliver : Supports design of training plan and becomes a certified trainer for Schreiber core content. Delivers virtual and in person training at the plants. May a...
