About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join a busy chiropody clinic in Coolock.

Hours: 12–17 hours per week

Rate: €14.15 per hour

Contract: Initial 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
  • Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
  • General reception and administrative duties

  • Previous reception or administrative experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
