The Outreach Support Worker role sits within a countywide community outreach service delivering person-centred support to adults. While the service operates across the whole county, we are currently recruiting in the Cambridge City, Huntingdon and St Ives areas to strengthen local provision.

Our team provides one-to-one support to individuals in their own homes and communities, helping people to build and maintain their independence, stay connected and achieve their personal goals. We support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges.
