  • To work a maximum of 4 days a week;
  • Organizes all job interviews conducted by the Human Resources Department and schedules appointments.

  • Responds to applications and forwards them to the HR Director for classification.

  • For new hires, ensures the following processes are accurately completed by the end of their first working day: start date confirmation, Social Security Institution (SGK) employment notification, employment contract, badge issuance, name tag preparation, medical check-up, departmental briefing, preparation of the personnel form, registration in the Identity Notification System, and notification to the police station.

  • Responsible for preparing personnel files.

  • Prepares employee ID and name badges.
