Part Time Food & Beverage Assistant

We are recruiting for the role of Part-Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our bar and restaurant team in the Metropole Hotel on Cork MacCurtain Street. If you love working in a guest facing role, engaging with our guests, do your best work as part of a tight knit team, and relish the challenge of a buzzing environment then this role is for you.

The main duties will include:

• To report for duty on time and in the correct uniform.
• To assist in the general tidiness and cleanliness of the working area and still room.                         
• Set tables to required lay-up.
• To help control linen stocks.
• To prepare mis-en -place for the next shift.
