About Kings Gym
Kings Gym is a strength and conditioning gym with five sites across London and the South East — Croydon, Tower Bridge, Mitcham, Crawley, and Brighton. We are known for world-class equipment, a serious training environment, and a community that means it. Our members range from competitive powerlifters to those training for Hyrox, hypertrophy, or general fitness. Alongside our gyms, we have a growing Kings clothing line — performance and lifestyle apparel rooted in the same strength culture that defines our sites. The standard here is high — and we want our content to reflect that.

Both sides of Kings are growing — the gyms and the clothing — and we need our social presence to keep pace. Content will serve two Instagram accounts: one for Kings Gym and one for the Kings clothing brand.
