AstuteRecruitmentareworkingwithanestablishedbusinesswithofficesinSouthDerbyshireandNottinghamshiretorecruitaPart-TimeAccountsAssistant.Thisisavariedrolesupportingthefinancefunctionacrossmultiplesites,includingresponsibilityfortheaccountsofonestandalonebusinessalongsideseverallocationsoperatingwithinawidergroupstructure.Thesuccessfulcandidatewilldividetheirtimebetweentwoofficelocations,spendingapproximatelytwodaysperweekinNottinghamshireandthreedaysperweekinSouthDerbyshire.
Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewhoenjoysworkingaspartofaclose-knitteam,ishappytogetinvolvedinwiderbusinessactivities.
TheRolewillInvolve:
- Managingpurchaseledgerandsalesledgerprocesses
- Creditcontrolandchasingoutstandingpayments
- Processingsupplierinvoicesandcustomerreceipts
- Reconcilingaccountsandresolvingdiscrepancies
- Supportingfinanceadministrationacrossmultiplesites
- MaintainingaccuratefinancialrecordsusingSage
- Producingrepo...
