About the Role

Overview:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure the safety of both guests and employees is the highest priority.

· Train employees in accordance with standard operating procedures, training checklists, and safety standards.

· Execute the cleaning checklists/inventory sheets for an assigned team and ensure cleanliness in front-of-the-house, back-of-the-house, and fringe areas.

· Ensure equipment is operated in accordance with standard operating procedures.

· Ensure pre-opening and closing procedures are properly completed.

· Maintain an open and effective line of communication between team members and management/supervision.

· Evaluate the performance of employees and provide feedback to promote growth and retention.

· Take immediate and decisive action to correct employees who are working at a substandard level.

· Schedule rotations and break periods and ensure breaks are completed on time.
