You will be instrumental in implementing the Homelessness Reduction Act and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct housing needs assessments for individuals seeking assistance. Develop and manage Personalised Housing Plans tailored to individual circumstances. Handle a complex caseload in a high-demand environment.
