About the Role
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Parent Partner you will provide support to families involved in the child welfare or probation systems of care.
Every day you will act as an advocate for the family in all aspects of the Wraparound process.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate outstanding adaptability, strong communication skills, and a calm, proactive demeanor.
+ All employees are expected to perform their duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization.
+ The Parent Partner provides in-home services and assists families in accessing needed community resources.
+ Interfaces professionally with DCFS, DMH, court systems, schools and other community liaisons.

+ A minimum of one-year experience in community outreach and advocacy work
+ High School equivalency
+ Past consumer of DMH, DCFS, Probation, Regional Center or similar services, successfully ...
