About the Role

Job Introduction
What you’ll do 
As a Paralegal (Transactions), you’ll be part of our in-house Legal Services team, providing specialist legal support across a wide range of property transactions with a particular focus on shared ownership and leasehold properties.
You’ll work closely with operational teams, sales colleagues and external legal professionals to progress property transactions efficiently while ensuring legal compliance and protecting NHG’s interests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property law experience who enjoys managing complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
How you’ll do it
Manage your own caseload of property transaction matters including staircasing, resales, lease extensions, licences for alterations, deeds of covenant and plot sales.
Review leases, Land Registry titles, title deeds and transfer documentation.
