Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for enforcing Federal criminal and civil laws that protect life, liberty and the property of citizens. As a Paralegal Specialist in the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), Affirmative Civil Enforcement (ACE) Unit, you will: Prepare draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other legal documents. Review and organize complex factual material and documentary data related to affirmative civil investigations and lawsuits.
