Paralegal

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join a family law practice in South Carolina on a contract-to-permanent basis. This position supports attorneys handling matters such as divorce, domestic violence, and guardian ad litem cases, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and timely case support. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach, is comfortable working in a fully onsite environment, and can manage a steady workload in a fast-paced legal setting.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare legal documents related to family law matters, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits, while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and assemble materials for hearings and trials, including comprehensive binders and supporting case documentation.
