Responsibilities:

• Prepare and help file immigration petitions with the supervision of our attorneys, for applications with USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and other government agencies.
• Draft legal correspondence, forms, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and document collection.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files.
• Track filing deadlines and case progress.
• Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
