What you will be doing

• Contract Review: Thoroughly review draft and negotiate all kinds of commercial contracts including NDAs MOUs SLAs and MSAs to ensure compliance with legal and company standards identifying potential risks and issues.
• Contract Management: Maintain and organize a repository of contracts tracking key milestones renewals and other important dates.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant laws regulations and industry best practices.
• Contract Negotiation: Assist in contract negotiations as needed drafting amendments or revisions to protect the compan...
